Located along the beautiful Saucony Creek, 11 E. Main St. is within walking distance to campus, as well as all of the shops and restaurants downtown! The school shuttle also stops right in front of the building.
Parking
Parking lot behind the building with limited parking reserved just for tenants.
Laundry
On-site laundry facility just for residents which features brand new washers & dryers. No need to drive anywhere to do your laundry!
Utilities
Water, sewer, and trash are included with all of the apartments. Tenants are responsible for the electric cable, and internet. Each unit has it’s own electric meter.

Pets allowed
Most pets are allowed after approval with a refundable deposit.
Security
Security cameras are located throughout the building. The main doors to the building are secured with a special key. Only tenants have access the premises.

Kutztown is located in a beautiful country setting in Berks County where you may even see a horse and buggy driving by. It’s situated conveniently between the cities of Reading and Allentown, just a short drive away. Kutztown offers residents a variety of local shopping and restaurants all within walking distance of the campus. We encourage you to come check out the town and walk down main street, or even see some of the local events or annual festivals! Our building is located right on Main Street in the middle of downtown Kutztown!
